Mr. Emmanuelli has worked on several complex transaction closings regarding real estate and commercial sales and acquisitions, including the acquisition of a pharmaceutical distributor, the acquisition of one of the largest healthcare services organizations based in Puerto Rico and the acquisition of a former landfill for brownfield redevelopment. As a Notary Public he regularly works on the drafting and execution of deeds of sale, gift, transfer and lease of residential and commercial properties, the establishment and cancellation of restrictive covenants, cancellation of mortgages, pre and post nuptial agreements and declarations of heirs.
